Mark C. Willey
Chief Executive Officer
Mark has over twenty five years of senior management experience directing aviation services and manufacturing initiatives. He considers his role as that of a coach with a focus on developing managers and companies of all sizes in leadership, performance improvement, team dynamics, strategic planning, and interpersonal relationships. He has led various-sized businesses to enhance their ability to develop their vision and strategic plan as well as improve the performance of his employees. Mark has served on various Boards affording him the opportunity to develop strategies and make decisions at the highest level. Current corporate and aviation-related associations include the National Aviation Transportation Association President’s council member as well as a member of the Society of Aerospace Engineers. Previous associations include Board of Director for the National Aviation Transportation Association, Member of the Service Center Round Table Executive Committee and National Business Aviation Association Business Management Committee. Mr. Willey spent 7 years on the Board of Directors of the Napa Chamber of Commerce and Legislative Action Committee, is a past Honorary Board member of the Napa Valley Hospice and is a Rotarian member. He has served on other nonprofit and for-profit Board of Directors and is a current member of an elite industry peer group, FBO20. In 2016 Mark was honored upon receiving the NATA Distinguished Service Award attributable to Mark’s expertise and leadership in the aviation community.

James “Carlo” Ivy
Director of Maintenance
James “Carlo” Ivy leads the company's FAA 145 aircraft maintenance repair station and FAA 135 aircraft charter maintenance oversight activities. With over 30 years in the industry Carlo’s extensive experience will contribute to the company wide initiative for growth and expansion while continuing to serve Napa Valley’s local customer base. Prior to joining Napa Jet Center, Carlo most recently oversaw interior completions for Aero Nash, Van Nuys, CA. He has owned his own aircraft consulting business as well as spent time in leadership positions at Landmark Aviation, Standard Aero and Clay Lacy Aviation in Van Nuys, CA where he oversaw their charter fleet. In addition, Carlo is an A&P mechanic with Inspection Authorization and has attended factory training for numerous aircraft, engines and systems.
Ross C. Kaddas
Ross learned to fly at Napa Jet Center and later moved on to become a flight instructor, line pilot and is now our chief pilot. Ross flew for Great Lakes, a commuter airline, where most of his experience was in mountain flying. Ross holds type ratings in the Learjet, Lear 45, and the Gulfstream 100 or Astra Jet. Ross is also a line pilot for our company and a King Air instructor.
Robert A. Massari
Director of Operations Flight Services
Rob has been with Napa Jet Center for over 28 years and has served as an A&P mechanic, flight instructor, line pilot and chief pilot. He is typed in various aircraft, is a company check airman with over 10,000 hours flight time, all in corporate and general aviation aircraft. Rob holds degrees in Aeronautical Operations and Business Administration from San Jose State University.
Director of Charter, Scheduling, Dispatch and Sales
Cheli has been scheduling and dispatching for Napa Jet Center since 1996. Cheli holds an FAA dispatcher license. She is also Vice Chair of the California Schedulers and Dispatchers Organization, an NBAA subcommittee. Through her extensive networking, she constantly ensures Napa Jet Center's charter fleet has maximum exposure in the market while keeping operational costs down by shopping the best fuel prices available.
Aircraft Sales and Acquisitions Manager
Sean leads the aircraft sales and acquisitions team. Sean’s extensive experience contributes to the company wide initiative for growth and expansion while continuing to serve Napa Valley’s local customer base. Prior to joining Napa Jet Center, Sean ran his own aircraft sales company and has worked for Atkin Air buying and selling aircraft and recruiting aircraft for their managed aircraft and charter fleet. He has also been a representative for an East Coast based jet sales and brokerage company and a Mooney salesman. In addition, Sean is an A&P mechanic and a pilot with over 6,000 hours.
Pradeep K. Panikar
FBO and Customer Service Manager
Pradeep has held increasing roles of responsibility since becoming associated with aviation since 1981. He was recruited to become our FBO Manager in January 2008. Responsible for all customer service representatives, line service technicians and our facilities he is passionate for safety and customer service. Pradeep is also a rated pilot.
Emergency Response Manager and Flight School Co-ordinator
Mike first joined our team as a customer in 1983 learning to fly and ultimately becoming a commercial pilot. In 2009 Mike moved into a role with our flight training department. Mike's varied professional experiences lead him to be the perfect choice to promote our Flight School and he is its Coordinator. Mike is also our Emergency Response Manager which is part of our Safety Management System. Mike also flies most of the scenic air tours as well as participates in the community and our company's Fly-a-Leader program.
